Return & Refund Policy

At Skaura, your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on items that are:

Unopened and unused

In their original packaging

Requested within 14 days of delivery
Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
