Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day after they are placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Skaura is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to update your order before it ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
